Microsoft President Brad Smith stressed that this investment is more than two -thirds of all investments in the British technology sector. According to him, the company rely on “real” projects, not “empty promises”.
Microsoft plans to expand the existing data processing centers and support the work of 6,000 employees in the country. During a process with Activision Blizzard in 2023, Smith remembered the challenges in relations with the British CMA regulator, but now it was a more stable and open government approach.
