Argishti Khudaverdyan earned about $25 million in five years by unlocking locked T-Mobile smartphones.
The American co-owned a store called Top Tier Solutions Inc., which partnered with T-Mobile. From August 2014 to June 2019, the entrepreneur took part in the official blocking with a mobile phone to work with SIM cards of other operations.
