Tinkoff became a co-owner of the online store search service AnyQuery

The amount of the transaction is not given.

AnyQuery develops and implements convert-to-buy products for online retailers. The company’s solutions are based on machine learning technologies: they solve the problem of site navigation through search and personalization of the customer experience.

According to Tinkoff, the service is used by more than 30% of the major players in the Russian e-commerce market.

As part of this area, the bank offers solutions to the main market players to improve the user experience in online shopping, increase website traffic, increase conversion to purchase and maximize profits (the BNPL service “Shares “, “Tinkoff Kassa” and Tinkoff e-commerce platform products are already operating).

According to the Kontur.Focus system, D Technology LLC (AnyQuery’s legal entity) was registered in November 2019. The company’s revenue in 2021 amounted to 129.7 million rubles, an increase of almost 5 times compared to 2020 Net profit reached 7.4 million rubles compared to 4.7 million in 2020.

After the deal, co-founders Dmitry Malashkin and Artem Kruglov kept 33% and 34% of the shares, respectively.
