The Australian company Copterpack presented a new river of video of their development, which they carried. However, the true characteristics of this apparatus were unknown.
There is very little information on the CopterPack website. All in all, propellers of considerable size are used here, with several propellers. This is very reminiscent of a set of drones “in one harness”, which together lift a person into the sky.
The question immediately arises: what about security? The pilot is securely fastened to the backpack, but is there a parachute in case of a fall? It seems that a person is simply suspended from the structure. The maneuverability and reaction speed of the backpack, judging by the video, also leave much to be desired.
