The new Bibi taxi aggregator, which will focus on the B2B segment, will be headed by Anatoly Smorgonsky, former head of Gett in Russia and founder of the RuMarket app store. This was reported to RB.RU by a Bibi representative.

Bibi will focus on the B2B segment and expects to capture Gett’s 6.6% market share. The main staff of the new aggregator consists of employees of the Russian division of the Israeli company that has left.

In Bibi Anatoly Smorgonsky will develop the Russian market. The company also granted him an option in the amount of 5%, the terms of the option were not specified in the company.

“Our strategy is to create a customized B2B product that easily integrates with the client’s internal systems or solves non-standard tasks, for example, renting a premium car with a driver,” Smorgonsky was quoted as saying by the press service.

According to the new CEO, the company will also develop the B2C direction and is also planning international expansion.

Currently, Bibi does not disclose information about the founders of the service. It is only known that international investments were attracted during the creation of the company. The aggregator also received money from local investors. The details of these transactions are not disclosed.

Now Bibi is available in more than 1000 cities and towns in Russia, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Sochi, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar Territory, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Ufa.

Anatoly Smorgonsky served as CEO of Gett in Russia for two and a half years. Gett stopped working in Russia on May 31. According to various estimates, the Russian market brought Gett about 14% of annual revenue.
