The Ministry of Digital Development invited IT specialists from Moscow and the regions to become part of the personnel pool of “highly qualified managers and specialists in digital transformation.” The reserve is formed on behalf of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, it is necessary for the development of digital transformation in the public sector.
IT specialists who fall into the reserve will be trained in the skills necessary for free and offered employment, according to department materials.
