It was recorded that the man was far outside the allowed swimming area and when he started to signal for help, the officer in charge sent a drone to him, dropped his life jacket and stood on top of it until the rescuers arrived.
Currently, nothing threatens the life and health of the rescued man.
“On August 15, in Central Beach, well outside the permitted swimming area, a monitoring system detected a man seeking help. Receiving a notification, the officer immediately sent a drone to the sinking one. The drone dropped the man’s life jacket and hovered, guiding the rescue service on board the boat to the rescue.
