Dodge showed the Charger Daytona SRT concept. This is an all-electric version of the iconic American muscle car.

There is little technical information in the Dodge press release. The company has only revealed that the car will be equipped with an 800-volt Banshee all-wheel-drive powerplant.

The Banshee version replaces the HEMI, Hellcat and Redeye (the fastest modifications of the Dodge Charger). The company claims that the Charger will be faster than the Hellcat and better in every way.

There are also three additions to the new charger:

▪️ eRupt: multi-stage electromechanical transmission. This is a virtual box that will simulate a manual gear shift. The company claims that the feel is no different from the petrol version.

▪️ Fratsonik: exhaust system. Dodge has patented an enclosure that, with the help of amplifiers and speakers at the rear of a car, can mimic the sound of a fast exhaust system. The company promises a volume of 126 dB, which is slightly higher than the petrol Charger Hellcat.

▪️ R-Wing: extraction technology for aerodynamics. There are special holes in the front bumper through which air passes.

The external electric vehicle reveals the recognizable design of the Charger. The front optics are hidden in the ventilation grille. A single DRL line from edge to edge also appeared.

Inside, there is a 16-inch curved instrument panel and a 12.3-inch touchscreen in the front console. LED lighting was used around the perimeter of the entire cabin.
