Apple announced that sales of original DIY parts for MacBook Air and Pro with M1, M1 Pro and M1 Max processors are declining in the United States starting August 23.
Mac owners purchased screens and a topcase (battery, keyboard, and trackpad). There are also standard Apple branded tools and instructions for device repair.
All parts will be sold through Apple’s partner self-service repair shop. Users of the ability to send their old parts for recycling in order to receive discounts on new ones.
