The first startup registry will be created in Russia. It will appear in Moscow and it will be easier for its participants to receive benefits and subsidies. To enter the registry, you must meet certain criteria, for example, have invention patents.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin spoke about the creation in Moscow of the first register of start-ups in Russia on his telegram channel.
Tech companies that are members of the Moscow innovation cluster, have the status of a non-governmental organization and are not in the process of liquidation can count on entering the register.
For a startup to be included in the registry, it must meet two of three criteria:
- have invention patents;
- attract venture capital;
- invest in research and development.
You can apply to be included in the registry on the i.moscow website.
