A new player will appear on the Russian air transport market. Fly Arna will operate flights from Yerevan to Moscow. The company will become the sixth airline to operate flights between Armenia and Russia.
Routes writes about Fly Arna’s entry into the Russian market on September 23.
Flights to Russia will become the third destination after Egypt and Lebanon, which was opened by Fly Arna. Flights will be operated 14 times a week between Yerevan and Moscow, Domodedovo airport. Fly Arna made its first commercial flights in July.
Fly Arna has become the sixth airline to operate flights between Russia and Armenia. It will compete with IrAero and Red Wings.
The company is a joint venture between the Armenian State Interest Fund and the Arab Air Arabia Group.
According to the publication, Armenia is one of the 20 countries that currently receives flights from Russia.
