As Apple commented on the official page of this free repair service, only a small percentage of 40mm Apple Watch Series 6 models have been affected by this screen defect that may cause you to be stuck in black or white.
To check if your Apple Watch Series 6 is affected by this on-screen manufacturing error, simply you must enter its serial number on a website that Apple has authorized to check if your product is affected. and therefore take it to an Apple store or official supplier for repair.
It should be noted that the program applies to qualifying Apple Watch Series 6 for two years after the device is first sold at retail and is valid in any market in the world.
This is not the first time that Apple has launched a repair program for smartwatches, tablets or their respective iPhones after discovering some kind of manufacturing defect over time, so this is a common procedure in such cases.
