Yandex became the owner of the Delivery Club delivery service, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Changes are recorded on September 8.
Yandex received 99.95% from Delivery Club LLC, another 0.05% was received by its subsidiary GIS Technologies LLC.
According to the agreement between VK and Yandex, VK transfers the Delivery Club delivery service to Yandex, and in return it will receive the News and Zen services. The parties signed documents on the exchange of assets on August 23.
The agreement also assumes that the old “Yandex” home page under the “Zen” brand will be moved to the dzen.ru site. Yandex does not plan to transfer the yandex.ru domain to VK, but a redirection to the dzen.ru website will take place during the transition period.

Yandex will develop ya.ru as its new home page. VK will continue to develop Novosti and Zen.
The transaction is scheduled to close at the end of 2022. On August 30, the FAS approved the requests of VK and Yandex for an agreement on Delivery Club, Zen and Novosti. However, the antitrust authority issued instructions and demanded that competition be maintained in the respective markets.
