Quke.ru expert Andrey reviewed the Samsung Galaxy A33 and M33 smartphones in an issue on his YouTube channel. Today, these two smartphones are very close in price. So which one is better to choose?
The fact is that Samsung’s M-series has always received simpler body materials and was inferior to A-series devices in terms of characteristics. However, if we talk about the M33, this is a completely different smartphone compared to the A33.
While the Galaxy A33 has full IP67 water resistance, the M33 lacks this advantage. As for the screen, the A33 has a 6.4 inch AMOLED display with a 90 Hz refresh rate while the M33 has a 6.6 inch IPS display with a 120 Hz refresh rate.
In both cases, the installed processor is the same. This is Exynos 1280 (6/8GB RAM). The speed of the Galaxy A33 and M33 is exactly the same.
The battery capacity of the A33 is 5000 mA.h, M33 – 6000 mAh. But both devices are approximately the same and “live” for quite a long time. For example, at the end of the working day, they have at least 30-35 percent of the wage. Smartphones are fully charged in 1.5 hours.
The difference between the A33 and M33 can also be seen in terms of cameras. The front camera of the first is 13 MP, the second – 8 MP, the main camera – 48 and 50 MP, respectively (with optical stabilization on the A33). You can see sample images below. In general, smartphones take very close quality photos, but according to the presenter, the A33 looks slightly better.

In terms of audio, the A33 has stereo speakers while the M33 only has mono. In addition, the M33 is equipped with a headphone jack, unlike the Galaxy A33.
Overall, the A33 is slightly better than the M33. But the main difference between these models is in appearance: dimensions, case materials, etc.
