Poco introduced its latest flagship, the Poco F4 GT. This smartphone should combine high quality features with an attractive price tag. For 599 euros, customers get a 120Hz panel, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and a 4,700mAh battery with 120W fast charging.
Like the Xiaomi Redmi K50 Gaming, the F4 GT is equipped with magnetic triggers, which should come in handy when gaming. They can also be used as shortcut buttons for the camera, flashlight, or screen recording, among other things. Under the hood is a large dual steam chamber that should keep the chipset’s temperature in check.
The 6.67 inch amoled dot display has a resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels, a contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1 and a touch sampling rate of up to 480 Hz. The TrueColor panel supports HDR10+, has a brightness of 800 nits and is equipped with Gorilla Glass Victus.
The 20 MP selfie camera is integrated at the top of the screen (IMX596, f/2.4). On the back, we see the primary camera system that includes a 64MP main lens (IMX686, f/1.9), an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera (f/2.2) and a 2MP macro lens (f/2.4). Other features include MIUI 13 (Android 12), four speakers with Dolby Atmos, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The phone comes with a 120W adapter and should be fully charged after 17 minutes.
The Poco F4 GT measures 162.5 x 76.7 x 8.5 millimeters and weighs 210 grams. It comes in Stealth Black, Knight Silver and Cyber Yellow colors and has a suggested retail price of €599. For this amount you get 8 GB of lppdr5 memory and 128 GB of ufs 3.1 storage, for 100 euros you get the extra Poco 12 + 256 GB. Early bird sales will begin on May 9, with customers receiving a €100 discount on both models.
