Gradient has developed and produced a mobile non-contact breathalyzer for checkpoints. The system will help contractors avoid fines for finding drunk workers at various facilities. The cost of the complex starts from 700 thousand rubles.

Russian company has developed non-contact breathalyzers for checkpoints

It is noted that the device will allow contractors, logistics, security and manufacturing companies to reduce the impact of the human factor in the workflow. Gradient pointed out that, thanks to the invention, controlling a hundred employees will take no more than seven minutes.

To pass the test, it is enough for an employee to “breathe” into the breathalyzer, after which the system will determine body temperature and the presence or absence of alcohol in the body in a few seconds. The results are automatically sent to the employer. The mobility of the breathalyzer allows you to control employees not only at the entrance to a particular facility, but also on the way to it.

The Expert company has already tested the technology, during 10 days of use the device recorded nine employees in a state of intoxication. Previously, for each case of a drunk employee entering the premises, Expert paid a fine of 100,000 to 500,000 rubles.

The facial recognition system with which the mobile complex is equipped will not allow you to fool the device and pass off its results as someone else’s. All employee passes are tracked, it is possible to analyze statistics for the day or month. Also, when using the complex, simple communication channels are provided with a performance system, for example, a Telegram bot.
