The Ministry of Digital Development plans to carry out a bug bounty program to strengthen the security of the Gosuslugi portal, said Maksut Shadayev, head of the department.
Bug bounty allows everyone to get a reward for finding and detecting bugs in the system, in particular vulnerabilities and exploits.
“State services have been attacked many times. Many companies have now started to strengthen information security. Now those who did not think much about infobez before have realized that everything is serious, ”quotes the Telegram channel from the Minister to the Minister.
Shadayev stressed that although the latest attacks on the portal occurred without serious damage, the security of such resources is one of the main tasks.
According to the minister, it is planned to announce and implement the program before the end of this year.
Last year, the actions of intruders to hack the accounts of Russians in the State Services became more frequent. Scammers have started actively selling user accounts on the dark web.
