According to Elena Kozlova, head of GIPH, an institute of ready-made Russian pharmaceutical food products (anesthetic in the form of a technical substance), it is necessary to produce a finished dosage form of Sevoflurane in the amount of at least 50 tons annually.
It should be noted here that a very popular area is used in the dosage form – anesthesia (general and local), used not only in surgery, but also in dentistry, as well as assistance in any disasters, accidents and other emergencies.
Sevoflurane is one of the fastest-acting devices in its class, which is characterized by increased efficiency as well as controllability. At the same time, it does not produce any negative impact on the organs. In addition, this drug does not require stabilizers and special evaporators, and one of its features is a high chemical stabilization.
