HE Google The Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro phones launched today, featuring an OLED display, a design with a 100% recycled aluminum finish, and a new camera module with a 50MP main sensor (6). Another attraction of the 2022 version of the phones is Tensor G2 processorWith some improvements compared to the first generation found in the Pixel 6 series.
In the second generation of the Mountain View company’s proprietary chipset, the 2 + 2 + 4 configuration of the previous version remains. It consists of two Cortex X1 cores running up to 2.85 GHz, two Cortex-A78 cores running up to 2.35 GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores running up to 1.8 GHz.
In addition to higher clocks, updated version Manufactured in a 4 nm process and a state-of-the-art tensor processing unit (TPU). As Big Tech Head of Appliance Rick Osterloh said at the Google event, this update, accelerating artificial intelligence capabilities for multiple tasks.

Another important change is the Mali-G78 GPU found in Tensor G1. Mali-G710 GPU. Along with the change, Google Tensor G2 It comes with the promise of optimizing the experience when gaming on mobile as well as performing tasks that require high performance of the graphics processing unit.
Improved photos, translation and more
According to Google, Updates to Tensor G2 provided 60% better performance 20% more efficiency compared to the previous generation. Even so, recently leaked benchmark tests showed results placing it below Apple and Qualcomm chips.
In addition to games, Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro processor energy consumption, speech recognition, translation and augmented reality features. It will also benefit from the presence of such component as advanced camera functions, the possibility of combining images captured by the main and ultra-wide lenses, and automatic blurring (see below).
