According to the software developer, DaVinci Resolve will be available on the App Store in Q4 2022. both in its free version as a premium upgrade to DaVinci Resolve Studio for iPad. HE Pricing is yet to be confirmed, but the desktop version costs US$ 295 (R$ 1.55 thousand).

What will DaVince Resolve for iPad look like?
While this feature was expected by Apple on Tuesday (18), Blackmagic Design’s confirmation brings more details about DaVinci Resolve, including that it’s optimized for MultiTouch and Apple Pencil technologies. This will allow DaVinci Resolve 18 to open and render files of the same type as the desktop version.
Besides importing clips directly from iPad Pro’s internal storage and Photo gallery, users will be supported by Blackmagic Cloud For externally connecting to iCloud drives or USB-C drives. In any case, supported file formats include H.264, H.265, Apple ProRes and Blackmagic RAW.
Blackmagic Design also has DaVinci Resolve Faster performance for 4x Ultra HD ProRes processing on the new iPad Pro with M2however, it is unknown whether the improvement will apply to older iPads that do not run M-series chips.
