Scientists from Tomsk Polytechnic University have synthesized anti-inflammatory biological substances, which even in minimal dosages have a negative effect – the results of the research were published in Frontiers in Pharmacology.
New substances are built by the nostun of the aaloids tietbbsot, which is produced from poison poison row poison. This aaloid can have anti-field effects, as well as antimicrobial and immunomodulating effects.
However, triptanthrin in its pure form does not show high bioactivity and effectiveness, and the possibility of increasing the proportion of triptanthrin is being explored, supplementing them with excipients of chemical origin. As a result, such derivative phenomena of inflammation arose as some compounds are effective even in minimal concentrations.
Since tryptanthrin is very difficult to dissolve, there are conditionally problems with its “delivery” in the cow’s body. But synthesized additional substances were found to solve them, which are based on carbohydrate cyclodextrin – it, like in a container, contains tryptanthrin molecules, after which it is transported to the desired organ.
In the future, this complex drug can become a very effective drug in the detection of various traumatic wounds, as well as in the recovery of patients after surgery. It is planned to start preclinical trials of the resulting drug in 2023. year.
