Tinkoff has stopped making outgoing SWIFT transfers from individuals to Georgia and Belarus. Now such transfers are available only to banks in Uzbekistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan and partly in China.

Tinkoff closed outgoing SWIFT transfers to Georgia and Belarus for individuals

The introduction of restrictions on outgoing SWIFT transfers for individuals is reported on the Tinkoff website.

Transfers are not sent to Georgia and Belarus. You can still transfer money to some banks in China, Armenia, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan. For the latter, there is a limit of at least $10,000.

Tinkoff resumed outgoing SWIFT transfers to banks in Georgia and Belarus on October 25. In general, such transfers are limited by the bank from July 6 due to the consequences of the sanctions.
