Less than 24 hours later, Twitter’s new verification system was rolled out, and the social network, by direct order of Elon Musk, he canceled it; at least for now. All those accounts that have been labeled “Official” see it disappear from their profiles without any explanation, thus adding yet another mockery to the authentic circus they have staged around the platform.

Now the words of Elon Musk were specified by Esther Crawford. A Twitter employee says that the new check is still alivebut which will now become part of the Twitter Blue launch and will focus only on checking “government and commercial organizations”. Crawford says Musk’s message refers to the fact that they don’t plan on making it “Official” at the moment. It seems the company also ran out of communication rules…

Yesterday afternoon, Twitter unannounced launched a new verification system to identify important profiles such as public figures, companies, media and governments. The purpose appears to have been distinguish them from verified Twitter Bluewho can get their blue badge in exchange for $8 a month.
The exact reason for the cancellation has not yet been announced, but you don’t have to rack your brains to find out why. From the very beginning, the idea seemed completely absurd and confusing.. In fact, many of those who are interested in paying for their verification through Twitter Blue have expressed their displeasure that apparently they were only going to sell them a blue badge without much meaning. The “Official” label was to become the new object of desire.
After canceling Elon Musk’s offer hinted what in Check blue will remain as the highest validation level. However, their ideas are so volatile that we can no longer guarantee that they will prevail at least once.
Another situation not to be missed is that Elon Musk throws Twitter employees into the ring to present on the platform the novelties that will appear – or are about to appear – themselves being the ones who are criticized when the function is unconvincing. However, when the discontent became massive, Musk publicly reappeared to justify his wrong decisions. “Be aware that Twitter will do a lot of stupid things in the coming months. We will keep what works and change what doesn’t work,” he said.
