According to the creators, the novelty, made in an open portal with a fairly fast extruder, is able to show a productivity of 10 kg / h when printing using both new polymer granules and recycled materials (recycled granulate).
In addition, it will enable enterprises of a certain direction, including those from the aviation and space industries, to quickly and quickly produce large-sized polymer parts. At the same time, they occur ten times lower than in their manufacture by conventional methods.
Granular printing, by and large, is not something new, but among the major solutions of domestic development in the 3D printing market, there was no before – F2 Gigantry became a pioneer on this planet.
