A subsidiary of MTS, MTS Travel, has launched a hotel reservation service in Russia. About 14 thousand hotels and inns are represented on the site, payment is possible in rubles with a card of a Russian bank of any payment system. This was reported to RB.RU by a representative of MTS.
The number of hotels and hotels will be expanded, as well as the functions of the platform. By the end of the year, hotels will appear in the CIS countries, later – in distant countries.
The Bronevik service purchased by MTS Travel in July 2022 provides access to the database of hotels and other facilities. At Bronevik’s expense, MTS Travel hopes to develop both a B2C storefront and an independent B2B direction (as a provider of a hotel base for Russian and foreign services).
In addition to booking hotels, MTS will offer users to purchase transport tickets, excursions, guides, car rental and more.
Bronevik’s service was previously included in the top 10 Russian reservation services that replaced Booking and Airbnb.
