Sushi and rolls delivery network Yobidoyobi launches franchises in Russian relocation countries

“Yobidoyobi” now has 190 outlets in Russia and three in Kazakhstan, most of them franchised. The founder of the Puzzle Food holding, which includes this chain, Konstantin Zimen, said that franchisees will be able to launch projects under other holding brands: Big Russian Rolls, Puzzle Pizza and Tomato and Cheddar, Vedomosti learned.

Investments in each project, according to him, start from 1.5 million rubles, Zimen is sure that it will be possible to recoup these costs in less than a year.

The defender of the Moscow restaurant market and owner of the Meat & Fish chain, Sergei Mironov, believes that it is worth launching a franchise if there is an exclusive product. In “Yobidoyobi”, according to him, only aggressive marketing is unique. The delivery of rolls can be launched without excess, he emphasized.

According to Statista, the global online delivery market could reach $770 billion by 2022, of which $460 billion is grocery delivery and the rest is food delivery. At the same time, experts predict its slowdown against the background of uncertain macroeconomic conditions and the desire of the population to save money. The online food delivery market in the CIS countries, according to this company, will amount to $5.42 billion this year.
