The Colife model rental service with coliving has entered the Turkish market. At the launch in Istanbul, almost 63 thousand euros were invested.

Moscow-based Colife entered the Turkish market

“In Turkey, which has now become one of the most popular relocation centers, coliving is very relevant. This format is popular among modern guys who choose comfort and strive to get rid of routine,” Dmitry Bronnikov, co-founder of the company and CEO in Istanbul, told RB.RU.

The first properties in Istanbul are now available for booking. A room with a service and a new renovation in one of the central places of Istanbul can be rented without commission from 8,000 lira (just over 26,000 rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on December 1), and an apartment – from 16,000 lire (52.3 thousand rubles).

By the end of the year, the project team promises to introduce more than ten locations with different apartment configurations and prices. Also in the plans for the next two months is to enter the Singapore market.

Colife was founded in Moscow more than four years ago. In October 2021, the company opened a Moscow cohabitation house in the 1789 mansion building. In early 2022, Colife moved its headquarters to Dubai.
