Users say that both desktop and mobile apps for Android and iOS, as well as the Chrome browser extension, are not working. Many of them had a paid subscription, judging by the messages on Twitter, one had a year in advance. Users say they cannot connect to any country with a paid subscription.
Surfshark does not work in mobile networks of MTS, Tele2, Yota and MegaFon, as well as some Beeline subscribers. Thanks to broadband access, there is only a partial restriction on the functioning of the service, there are problems with the connection.
Surfshark tech support said they don’t yet know the cause of the issues. Refunds may not be issued for citizens of the Russian Federation.
