Russian Post has launched a personal account for individuals on its website, organized in one place. Previously, Services and Services were in different tabs, says the Post.
Now you can order parcels and letters online, request delivery and view the list of active and available services for connection in one window. Using your personal account, you can also issue powers of attorney, create appeals, subscribe to newspapers and magazines, monitor progress in the bonus program, and use the search on the site.
In the future, Russian Post will add the ability to customize your personal account. For example, it will be possible to change the display order of statistics and the list of connected services.
