Spruce is taller than robots, and for machines this is quite a complex process. However, Spot robot dogs cope with this task – they even decorate the top of the Christmas tree.
But in fact, robots do not do this on their own, they do it under the control of operators. Robots automatically handle balance and movement, but humans decide what to do, how and where to stand.
Under human control, Spot was even able to decorate the crown of the Christmas tree with a festive bow. For this, two robots were lined up in two steps along the tree. The third put their feet on their backs. The bottom robops then stood up to their full height and lifted a third. The upper robot, with the help of the manipulator, lifted the festive bow to the top of the spruce and decorated the tree with it.
