The French L’Oreal during the CES 2023 exhibition presented two new beauty devices. The Brow Magic device can create perfect eyebrows with the help of AR technology, and the HAPTA smart lipstick applicator will help people with disabilities to make up their lips.

L’Oreal announces “smart” gadgets for drawing perfect eyebrows and applying lipstick

Information about gadgets is already presented on the company’s website.

Brow Magic was developed in collaboration with Korean startup Prinker, which is developing a device for applying temporary tattoos. L’Oreal’s device works on a similar principle: It is equipped with 2.4 thousand tiny nozzles, capable of applying up to 1.2 thousand dots per inch.

The user needs to download the Brow Magic app and scan their own face. Then, using augmented reality technology, you can choose the thickness, shape of the eyebrows, as well as various effects.

After that, you need to apply a primer and pass the printer over the eyebrows. The difference between Brow Magic technology and tattooing, according to the manufacturer, is that the paint can be removed with makeup remover.
