One of the cool things about Apple computers is that they turn on quickly and are ready to go in seconds. However, over time, the operating system takes longer to load.
This is a set of programs and add-ons that run simultaneously with the system. This is not always necessary, but the tools automatically activate autorun, making it harder to start macOS.
📌 Thank you reestablish for useful information. 👌
I always think about how to remove unnecessary utilities from the startup list.
1. Shut down the detection system properly
When you turn off your Apple computer, the system prompts you to use all programs and games that were not completed when you turned off your Mac. Here you need to either manually turn off everything unnecessary, or in the shutdown menu, select the option to launch programs at the next system start.
If possible, after loading macOS, all applications running before shutting down will open and load.
2. Refuse to run programs in the Dock
A separate menu on the application shelf allows you to launch them at system boot. Sometimes this can be useful, but sometimes the programs themselves activate it without the user’s permission.
Just view the context menu for all programs in Doc and the use of the flag Close on entry.
3. Remove Unwanted Login Items
A separate menu in system launches allows you to enable and remove applications in the startup list. Some utilities are included automatically after installation, and some of them are included manually.
Go to System Preferences – General – Login Items and remove all unnecessary applications. Note that some programs need to run in the background or else they won’t tend to run on or after restarting the Mac.
4. Clean up the LaunchAgents and LaunchDaemons folders.
Some utilities to ensure that they run at system startup add recording scripts to a special macOS folder. This is usually done with directories. Launch Agents and LaunchDaemons.
You can find them via Seeker along the way System Disk – Library.
You need to clean these folders very carefully so as not to delete something you need. But at the same time, it should be remembered that after the intended installation of the system, they will be empty, and all the sugars that get there will be third-party installed applications.
Before mandatory cleaning, create backup copies of deleted files. Erase them only when you are sure that the system works normally after a reboot.
