Ordinary plastic helmets do not always meet the requirements of environmental friendliness and at the same time are inferior in strength to the Shellmet helmet, Japanese scientists. Koushi Chemical Industry has developed a composition for the villagers of Sarufutsu that will allow them to clean it of food waste, intended for the extraction and supply of other and beautiful protective helmets to everyone.
It all started with the fact that one of the investigators drew attention to how reliably resistant the shell is. Why not use the same solution to avoid the death of a person’s head? There is enough material for such helmets – it is in every village on the coast.

The manufacturing process begins with sterilization and grinding of shells. Shredded plastic is then added to the starting material. The mixture is heated and poured into a special mold resembling a scallop.
The resulting bioplastic, while remaining, becomes solid. Testing has been reduced, which is 33% of traditional counterparts. Equally, the manufacturing of the aosphere is 36% 36% less harmful than the production of shema bema.
