Lamoda’s main legal entity in the Russian Federation, Kupishuz LLC, came under the control of the Russian company LM Holding. The latter is owned by the buyer of the online platform, the owner of the Russian Stockmann, Yakov Panchenko.
Since February 1, 100% of Kupishuz LLC has been owned by LM Holding JSC, according to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. This company was registered in August 2022, its owner is Yakov Panchenko, who closed the deal to buy the Global Fashion Group online retailer in December 2022.
Previously, the Russian legal entity was wholly owned by Lamoda GmbH (Germany).
Previously, the FAS received an application for the purchase of an online platform from the German company Panchenko Eastrealty Beteiligungs und Verwaltungs GmbH.
Lamoda is an online platform that operates in Russia and the CIS and specializes in the sale of clothing and footwear, the site presents about 10 million products from four thousand sellers. The company was founded in 2011, from 2014 to 2022 it was part of the Global Fashion Group.
