SUNLIGHT is conducting an unusual experiment: launching customer video chats on its mobile app. The new option is integrated into the SUNLIGHT Play platform and will allow you to communicate, discuss products and get acquainted through video circles, just like on Telegram. No other ecom platform in the world has such functions yet.

SUNLIGHT will launch the circles feature just like in Telegram. Communication will be in video format only.

SUNLIGHT sees great potential in video, which is why it launched the SUNLIGHT Play platform and is actively developing its social commerce strategy. The company believes that in the future communication between people will be carried out mainly in video format, so among the first they try to provide their audience with the best tools for modern communication. And this, in turn, will help the company to increase customer engagement and loyalty.

The SUNLIGHT Play platform is integrated into the SUNLIGHT mobile application with a monthly audience of more than three million people and is currently demonstrating accelerated growth in the market among new social commerce projects in Russia due to active development.

Contests are held regularly on the platform. Among the latter – “Zapoi together with SUNLIGHT”. Thanks to him, the communication component of SUNLIGHT Play has increased significantly: users began to create twice as much new content and share it three times more often.

In 2023, the company plans several major social launches within the SUNLIGHT platform at once, some of which will be absolutely unique to the market.
