The average cost of monthly rental of an apartment in Russia in January 2023 amounted to 25 thousand rubles, according to a study by the Avito Real Estate service. The indicator increased by 25% compared to January 2022. The three-ruble note rose the most in price during the year.
“Odnushka” or studio will cost 20 thousand rubles a month, “kopeck piece” – 29 thousand rubles on average in Russia. Most of all you will have to pay for a three-room apartment – 40 thousand rubles.
The most expensive in January 2023 was renting an apartment in Moscow (55 thousand rubles per month), the Moscow region (29 thousand rubles), St. Petersburg (27 thousand rubles). The cheapest apartments are in Volgograd, Voronezh, Perm and Chelyabinsk (16-17 thousand rubles).
At the same time, Moscow became the city in which rents fell the most during the year, by 21.4%. Rostov-on-Don turned out to be the record holder for price growth for the year: in this city, the rental of housing has increased in price by 23.5% (on average it costs 21 thousand rubles).
