Data were collected through a questionnaire. It is reported that around 60% of city dwellers aged 16-55 currently shop online at least twice a year.

The most popular product category is clothes and shoes for adults. Personal care products (64%) are in the second place and food products are in the third place (55%). Smartphones and tablets ranked fifth.

Most often, Russians pick up goods by self-delivery from a store, a pick-up point or a post office (76% of respondents).
