The digital agency Realweb bought 100% of DataGo, a developer of analytical solutions for managing data-driven business processes (data-driven marketing), from its founders. This was reported to RB.RU by a Realweb representative. The new owner did not announce the amount of the transaction, only saying that he expects to recover the investment in two years.
DataGo, as reported, will remain available on the market as a stand-alone product, but at the same time it will be integrated into the Realweb Consulting structure, increasing the team’s current experience in the field of analytics and expanding its technological capabilities.
DataGo’s services will be available to advertisers in Centra’s all-in-one marketplace and will complement Realweb Group’s MarTech product line.
Through the transaction, Realweb expects to strengthen its position in the marketing analytics market and “establish itself as a leader.”
DataGo will be developed under the leadership of Dmitry Lazarev, who oversees the Realweb Consulting unit. The operational part of the business will continue to be run by DataGo’s managing partners Dmitry Yezhov and Mikhail Turykin.
According to the Kontur.Focus system, the revenue of the DataGo legal entity, Data Go LLC, at the end of 2021 amounted to about 254 million rubles against 138 million rubles in 2020. Net profit grew almost seven times, up to 20 million of rubles.
