Apple announced that it will invest an additional 1 billion euros in its Processor Development Center in Munich.

The company says the investment will go toward designing and building a “state-of-the-art research facility” on Seidlstraße, where Apple’s R&D team can “combine in new ways, enhancing collaboration and innovation.” In addition, the Cupertino team will be located on Denisstrasse and Marsstrasse within the scope of the Center.
