So far, the new feature is only being tested. Microsoft VSR only works with video resolutions of 720p or lower (as long as the video exceeds 192 pixels in height and width), and the clips themselves cannot be protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM). The problem is that most popular streaming services like Netflix use DRM for copyright protection.

Additionally, you will need a PC with Nvidia RTX 20/30/40 series graphics card or AMD Radeon RX5700 – RX7800 series graphics card. Support is also available for gaming laptops with different versions of these GPUs; however, the device must be connected to a power source and users must configure the settings in a special way.
