The call center operator took first place, while the next eight were teachers from various disciplines such as language, history, law and religion.

Interestingly, for their work, the authors first developed an algorithm using artificial intelligence to measure the degree of automation of 800 jobs. Overall, the researchers concluded that “educational occupations will be relatively more affected by developments in language modeling than other occupations.”
