With the courses, iFood aims to reach its goal of training and employing 25,000 people by 2025. Currently, according to UN Women, Only 1 in 5 professionals are women in high techrepresenting 22% of the total.
Only 14% of niche positions in Brazil are occupied by women. This leaves them behind in the pursuit of career advancement. The same is true of Potência Tech, where only 37% of its subscribers are women.
