69% of Russian workers organize corporate events. Very often, official holidays, company birthdays, professional dates are celebrated. This is stated in a joint study by the PR agency Mediacom.Expert and the Anketolog.ru service. RB.RU got acquainted with the results.
Corporate events are held mainly once a year or less, 23% of respondents – once every six months, 16% – two or three times every six months, 5% – once a month.
At the same time, 47% of Russian workers believe that meetings with colleagues should be useful for the soul and personal development, 28% dream of calm discussion meetings, and 25% support active and energetic events. At the same time, men prefer quiet meetings, and women prefer sports.
During the survey, Russians were asked to rate the need for informal relationships with a school’s leadership out of 10 points. The mean score was 5.7 points.
Last but not least, the relationship with management influences the attitude towards work and events. 85% of respondents like their current job. According to analysts, this was said most frequently by those who communicate informally with the immediate supervisor and senior management.
Despite the fact that most of those surveyed like their job, 41% have thought about leaving it in the last three months. This was most frequently noted by employees who have a formal relationship with their immediate supervisor: 47%.
The survey was conducted from March 1 to 3, 2023, and more than 1,900 employees over the age of 18 participated.
