By nature, all people are lazy. It’s just that we all acquired this trait in evolution to conserve energy. One consequence of this is a tendency to revert to tried and tested thought patterns.
To get the brain out of a boring routine, you must first change the daily routine. For example, you are used to thinking about everything at your desk in the afternoon. Instead, leave the office early in the morning and go to a completely unfamiliar and unfamiliar place. Also, if you usually type all your ideas on the keyboard, try typing them by hand.
Before bed, remind yourself of the creative challenge and come back to the problem the next day. A brisk walk, brainstorming with someone very different from you, or relaxation rituals (lighting candles, taking a bubble bath, and seeing what your brain can come up with) can also help overcome a creative hurdle.
