They will oblige to check all manufacturers and their goods placed on the site. This can be done using the Chestny Znak labeling system, which contains the necessary information: products with mandatory registration, as well as products with labeling – so far these are only shoes, perfumes, water and other items.
This decision will help the appearance of counterfeit and fakes on the site. According to Izvestia, the share of illegal shoe dealers at Wildberries has reached 47%, perfumery – 66%, water – 58%. On Ozon, the indicator varies within 8-13%, on Yandex Market – 4-7%.
In many cases, we are talking about obvious violations that do not require procurement control and expertise. For example, there is no information on the product or it is unreliable, there are cases when products contain prohibited components, and much more.
