In the second half of 2022, Apple lost 11 arrests arrested by Bloomberg.

Most of them were vice presidents, which is just below the senior vice president, who reports to a significant level to Tim Cook. It’s one of the most visible figures at Apple, dealing with the day-to-day operation of many core features.

All of them were related to industrial design, online shopping, information technology, cloud computing, hardware and software development, privacy concerns, market sales, subscription services, and component procurement.

It is noted that this is the largest staff turnover in recent years. The company distributed some position among people within the company, for some checks to find the location.

Who did Apple replace:

• VP Online Store Anna Mathiasson was replaced by direct report Karen Rasmussen.

• Purchasing manager Tony Blevins was handed over to his colleague Dan Rosques and designated direct report David Tom

• Hugh Asseman, VP of Trends Sales, split his role between Managing Director India Ashishem Chowdhary and Senior Director Europe Juan Castellanos

• Responsibilities of Laura Legros’ Equipment Executive Director have been handed over to her colleague Yannick Bertholus, Vice President of Equipment Maintenance. Then his role was taken over by Tom Marieb, a subordinate of Bertholus

• VP of Programming Jonauffer was replaced by two direct reports: Jeremy Sandmel and David Biederman.

• The role of Peter Stern in charge of services was split between Apple Music VP Oliver Schusser, Head of Service Design Robert Kondrkom, and VP Corporate Development Adrian Perica.
arrival from April, the role of cloud leader Michael Abbott will be taken over by Jeff Robbin, vice president of service development

To the point: Apple did not find a new chief designer after the departure of Jony Ive. How did it happen

Many outcomes of the group due to age, they simply come to death. However, not everyone left for the same reason.

At the same time, Bloomberg sources note that this is only the beginning. In the coming years, several more high-ranking employees may leave. 10 out of 12 are about the same age, half of them joined Apple before 2000.

Another reason for the departure of staff was the high bureaucracy of the company. Internal politics and disagreements between departments complicate the relationship between them, and more and more illustrations fall on top managers. [Bloomberg]
