An anonymous Weibo user has published the first test results of the A17 Bionic processor that Apple installed in the iPhone 15 Pro.
In the Geekbench 6 single-core test, the new chip scored 3019 points, and in the multi-core test it scored 7860.
According to the numbers, the A17 Bionic is 20.6% and 24% more powerful than the A16 Bionic in single-core and multi-core tests, respectively.
Typically, Apple increases the performance of new chips by about 10%, so these downloads look unusual.
A17 Bionic will be based on 3nm process technology. This Apple processor is installed in the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max. [Appleinsider]
