On March 16, Kazan hosted the Russian Venture Forum, which was attended by about three thousand people. The experts discussed current issues in the industry and chose the most promising projects at the startup exhibition.
The main theme of the event is “Venture Market – Solutions for Technological Development”.
The forum discussed new markets for startups, the state of Russian fintech and industrial technology, import substitution issues, and state-business interaction.
From more than 200 applications, 51 projects were selected for the startup exhibition. The presentation was attended by Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. In the pitch session format, risk experts selected 20 of the most promising projects. They will pass the acceleration program of the Eurasian Innovation Center and the Start-2 competition. After the acceleration, start-ups will be able to receive up to 8 million rubles for development.
