The payment tag is a small plastic card with a chip that supports contactless payment technology. It is linked to a Tinkoff Black account and functions as a regular debit card.
In the Tinkoff mobile application, you can order stickers for 700 rubles or for free for customers with Tinkoff Premium and Special tariffs. Delivery is carried out by courier. RB.RU received a sticker in an envelope with three additional strips of adhesive for re-gluing. The sticker can be affixed to the top of the case or to the smartphone itself at the bottom.
RB.RU has tested the sticker in different places: at the ATM, pet store, grocery store, pharmacy and on public transport. In most cases, the payment was quick and hassle-free. Only when the terminal does not recognize the tag for the first time and it is necessary to repeat the operation. All transactions amounted to one thousand rubles, additional confirmation of payment was not required.
