Serenity Cyber Security, owned by MTS, will start providing communication services based on the MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) model. The structure has already received the corresponding license, writes RBC.

MTS subsidiary will offer communication services to business and premium customers under the MVNO model

At the initial stage, a mobile application will be launched, says Evgeny Chereshnev, co-founder and CEO of Serenity Siber Security. According to him, it will provide users with privacy and security. In addition, there will be a higher speed of communication available to customers. The cost of such a proposal will be about 5 thousand rubles a month, Chereshnev notes.

If the project is successful, there are plans to develop it into the lightweight MVNO model in the future. This is a scheme in which the parent company is responsible for the payments and technical support of the virtual operator.

“We have already presented [заявку] to obtain a license and receive it to be able to start working as an MVNO if necessary,” explains Chereshnev. He added that the specialists are still working on the logo and the name of the application.

The application will provide ad blocking and information collection prohibition, as well as a built-in firewall (traffic protection against threats) and other services.

In addition, the application will allow you to keep track of all the data that third parties collect about the user on the Internet. At the same time, company employees will not have access to this information.

The product is mainly aimed at the b2b, b2g segments, as well as premium customers. It is among them that the proposal is expected to be promoted. As demand increases, the subscription price may be lowered, Chereshnev noted.
